Our Story

Meet the Founder

Brian Baca was born into a football family. He is the son of a 3o year retired Texas High School Football Coach, and the youngest of 5 boys. Football was the game he fell in love with, playing Quarterback from the moment he was two years old. Brian went onto to play college football at East Texas Baptist University, where he was a two-time 1st Team All-Conference Quarterback, while also holding the school Career Passing Touchdowns record. He also holds the single game passing yards record and single game passing touchdowns record.

After college, Brian coached WRs at Prosper Rock Hill High School, opening up a brand new high school, and shortly after went to coach Quarterbacks with his former college head coach at Austin Peay State University. Brian was a part of an electric offense, holding #1 in total offense, scoring offense, passing offense, and pass efficiency. He was also a part of the #1 recruiting class in the Ohio Valley Conference.

After Austin Peay, Brian headed home back to Texas, to be closer to family. Here, he began the Total QB Concept, build around developing the whole QB and investing into young men’s lives. He believes that the Quarterback position should be taught in three different ways: the physical, the mental, and the emotional. What drives him in his training his understanding that football is a game that ultimately teaches life lessons, and creates boys into men.
