TOTAL QB ACADEMY

The Total QB Academy provides an in depth physical, mental, and leadership training for in coming 7th-9th QBs for their upcoming football seasons.

The Academy is a 10 week course that provides age appropriate development in every area that a QB is expected to be efficent in. Sound biomechanics, rhythm footwork, film study and defensive identitification, and leadership curriculum are the main points of focus.

Champions are made in the offseason.

What to Expect

A small group feel individual drills, direct feedback with throwing biomechanics, Routes on Air, situational simulations and competition.

THE PHYSICAL

Depth of knowledge of situational football, how to scan the defense, understanding what concepts beat specific coverages, how to be proactive in decision making not reactive.

THE MENTAL

Understanding the importance of servant leadership, finding our why, and how to handle good and bad results on and off the field.

THE SOCIAL

  • Incoming 7th-9th grade Quarterbacks.

    Each QB can bring up to 2 WRs per session.
